Dzanga Sangha Protected Area is a park within the Congo basin in the Central African Republic (CAR) and home to giant, white-bellied and black-bellied species of pangolins.  The Pangolin Crisis Fund has partnered with Chengeta Wildlife to assist in the development of a local wildlife protection solution. This solution seeks to work with local communities, counter-illegal wildlife trade and change indiscriminate hunting methods in order to protect and preserve the regional pangolin populations.
