Strengthening enforcement action across the India-Myanmar border

Wildlife Trust of India (WTI), in collaboration with the Forest Department and enforcement agencies, will combat the poaching and illegal wildlife trade in Chinese pangolin, Indian pangolin and other species rampant in Manipur and adjoining areas. This project will conduct capacity-building trainings with the frontline forest staff and engage the local, indigenous communities to actively participate in the protection of the pangolins.
